Gránit Digital Card Service
How does it work?
In the case of new customers:
The data and PIN code of the Gránit Digital Card automatically become available in the Cards function of the Gránit eBank app, starting from the day** following the account activation, for cards that are active (not closed). The card data become visible by clicking the “Data” button with an eye icon. The Pin code becomes visible by clicking the eye icon on the “Reveal PIN Code”.
The Gránit Digital card can be used until the activation of the physical bank card, but no more than 60 days.
In the case of existing customers:
When applying for a new bank card in the Gránit eBank app, also request an immediate digital card which becomes available instantly** after a successful application. The card data become visible by clicking the “Data” button with an eye icon. The Pin code becomes visible by clicking the eye icon on the “Reveal PIN Code”. The data of the Gránit Digital Card are identical to those of the physical bank card.
Online shopping with the Gránit Digital Card Service
Enter your Gránit Digital Card data on the merchant’s website in the same way as you would when shopping with your bank card.
You can find the data in the bank cards menu of the eBank app!
In the case of a new customer: Due to the short expiry period of the card we do not recommend that you register it for recurrent transactions.

What do I need to know about Gránit Digital Card Service?
In the case of a new customer
- Automatic activation
- It has a different card number than the number of the physical card and it has its own CVC2 code
- Its validity starts from the day** following account action and lasts until the activation of the physical card, but no more than 60 days, after which it expires automatically
- Can be requested free of charge until the promotion is cancelled*.
- Can be requested for both the main and partner cards requested when opening the account
- Limit management and card blocking are done in the same way as for the physical card
- The additional services related to the physical card (insurance, premium services) are not available for the Gránit Digital Card
In the case of existing customers
- Automatic activation
- The card data and the PIN code are identical to the data and PIN code of the physical card.
- Can be requested free of charge until the promotion is cancelled*.
- Can be requested in the Gránit eBank app.
- Limit management and card blocking are done in the same way as for the physical card
- The additional services related to the physical card (insurance, premium services) are available.
* The promotion is valid until the date specified in the current announcement for retail customers.
** If the fee for the issuance of the physical bank card is available on the bank account connected to the physical bank card.
*** Cash withdrawal is possible at ATMs that support contactless technology.
